During my recent stay while visiting the nearby Poca Beach, I found the room with beautiful Portuguese tiles on the walls a nice touch. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the evening breeze. I faced some challenges as there were issues with the electricity in the room, resulting in a dark night without proper lighting. It would have been better if these issues were sorted before guests arrive, which causes some concern about maintenance.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our children feel special during our stay.

I also struggled with the bed being a bit small and difficult to get into, impacting my sleep quality. the staff's limited English skills made communication challenging, and I felt a lack of warmth from their service.

The freshly brewed coffee was a game changer! the vibrant Portuguese tiles in the room and the lovely balcony were delightful touches during our stay.

We arrived late but the friendly staff quickly helped us settle in. Daily room cleaning kept our space tidy during our stay. Ideal location just a short walk to the beach.

The room felt a bit cramped for our family, and the lack of breakfast options was disappointing. We also noticed limited Wi-Fi, which could be an inconvenience for some.

Superb location and daily cleaning!

I had a great stay with my family. the room was tidy and had a nice view, with a window that let in the lovely sea breeze. It was just a short walk downhill to reach the beautiful promenade and beach of Estoril, which was fantastic for our daily excursions. Plus, the staff were accommodating, even allowing us a late checkout to fit our travel plans. If the bathroom facilities had been a bit more modern, it would have been perfect!
